What counts as a job?
A job is a role you create or import in Foundry within your billing month. Working on that job, generating assets, editing them, regenerating individual assets and running audits, does not consume additional allowance.
How does the free trial work?
The trial runs for 7 days or 5 jobs, whichever you reach first. Every feature is included. No card is required to start, and nothing converts to a paid plan automatically; you choose a package when you are ready.
How does seat allocation work?
Each seat gives one team member their own login and access to all features. Your monthly job allowance is pooled across your whole organisation, so if you have three seats on Starter, your team shares 30 jobs per month between them. Buy as many seats as you have active users, and your job pool grows with them.
What happens if I use all my jobs in a month?
You can buy a top-up: 10 extra jobs for £20 on Starter, or 20 extra jobs for £30 on Growth. Top-ups apply to the current billing month at organisation level to share across your team. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices shown exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate where applicable. Foundry is a business-to-business service.
Can I switch packages or cancel?
You can move between Starter and Growth, or cancel a monthly plan, from your account. Monthly plans run to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are billed up front for the year at the discounted rate.
Does Foundry process candidate data?
No. Foundry works only with job and company information: your EVP, kickoff briefs and job postings. It processes no candidate data and makes no decisions about people, which keeps your EU AI Act and UK GDPR exposure for this tool to a minimum. See our privacy policy.
Do I need to integrate my ATS?
No ATS integration is required. We'll be releasing our ATS connector suite very soon. Foundry will be able to connect to your ATS via public job feeds your ATS already publishes. There are no API credentials to issue and nothing for your security team to review.
